Claire Delacroix/Claire Cross
Claire Delacroix sold her first medieval romance in 1992 and has since published over thirty novels. Her books routinely appear on the USA Today List of Bestselling Books, and THE BEAUTY, part of her successful “Bride Quest” series, was her first book to appear on the New York Times’ Extended List of Bestselling Books. Claire has also written time travel romances and fantasy romances. She was won the Booksellers’ Best Award as well as the Colorado RWA Award of Excellence (twice) and been nominated for the Publishers’ Weekly Quill Award.
Claire also writes contemporary romances under the name Claire Cross. She also has written a fantasy romance series featuring dragon shape shifter heroes which will be published under the name Deborah Cooke.
Claire makes her home with her husband in the house that they are restoring, with a lot of undisciplined houseplants, too many research books and a considerable knitting stash.
