I'm most like Alice Munro, although it took 6 years, not 20, thank God, to get my story down and out [with other stuff in between]. I just don't have the dedication to sit still for as long as Issac Asimov, for example. First of all, email and internet are too big a distraction, but I just can't concentrate for that long in one sitting! And horizontal? I can think of a lot of things to do lying down, but writing isn't one of them! Interesting.
