I just finished Sophie Kinsella's book, Remember Me? Very funny and touching. Right now I'm reading La Vida Vampire by Nancy Haddock. Love it! It would be a great TV show for us Buffy and Charmed fans.
The Other Boleyn Girl is highly entertaining historical fiction. I've read it twice for my book clubs, and enjoyed it both times. I can't wait to see the movie.
Rosalind Miles writes juicy historical fiction too. Next in my TBR is Isolde.
Happy Reading!

Angie,

For something completely different, try "Fall from Grace" by Kristi Gold, which is a 2008 Rita winner. I don't normally read straight romance but this book is so lovely, a beautiful slice of life. I prefer sf/f, myself, and was blown away at how touching this book is.
